Once a donation has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Policy
At Sindhu Netralaya, we sincerely appreciate every donation made towards supporting our healthcare and social-service initiatives.
All donations made to Sindhu Netralaya are voluntary and non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
Once a donation has been successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If the payment transaction fails, but the amount has been deducted from your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method, the deducted amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same donation due to a technical or payment-related issue, please contact us with the transaction details. We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action if a duplicate payment is confirmed.
